DRYER
VENT CLEANING

How
long has it been since you had your clothes dryer
exhaust duct cleaned?
Failure to maintain your dryer ducts can cause water
damage, possible fire hazard, health risk, higher
electric cost, damage to your clothes dryer and waste
of you valuable time waiting for your clothes to dry.
We commonly retrieve 2-5 gallons of lint, and many
times 2-4 gallons of water, from dryer ducts!
When a dryer duct becomes plugged you are more likely
to experience moisture or water damage. This moisture
or water may or may not be visible to you.
A residential home with a dryer near an outside wall
may not need the services of a duct cleaner. But if
the ducting in your home is long or has a non-efficient
shape, you should call us for an free consultation.
Most dryer exhaust ducting requires a regular maintenance
cleaning program every 2 to 3 years.
Here's what we will provide for you:
Our detailed cleaning process consist of the
following steps
1. Pulling the dryer out away from wall
2. Disconnecting the exhaust duct
3. Connecting a large vacuum to the duct while feeding
air lines from the far end to clean inside the duct
4. Use of whipping devices and air balls with high
pressure air to dislodge lint and debris as the lines
are feed through the duct.
With these actions the debris is quickly sucked out.
Our technicians love to show and tell you what they
find!
